FutsalRVA's league programs give players regular, meaningful competition through a structured divisional model — building sharper decision-making and confidence, one game at a time.
FutsalRVA Winter League
The FutsalRVA Winter League runs from December 5, 2026 through January 17, 2027, offering competitive futsal for U9–U19 boys and girls, plus high school divisions.
Locations: Hill City (formerly U-Turn Sports & Performance Academy), Henrico Sports and Event Center, Guardian Christian Academy
Minimum Games: 6 games per team; first games start December 2 (local teams) and December 5 (weekend)
Registration Deadline: October 31, 2026
Structure & Divisions
- Boys: Advanced, Intermediate, Beginner
- Girls: Advanced, Intermediate, Beginner
Players and teams are placed in divisions based on age, level, and competitive readiness to create balanced matchups and an appropriate level of challenge throughout the season.
How It Fits Into FutsalRVA's Program
The Winter League is an important part of FutsalRVA's player development pathway and weekly competitive model.
Our divisional structure is designed to place players in meaningful, competitive environments where they can apply their skills under pressure, make quicker decisions, and continue developing through the game.
With multiple levels of competition, the league provides an environment where players can compete against appropriate opposition while continuing to grow technically, tactically, physically, and mentally.

Weekly league play and local tournaments build the foundation of competitive experience.
USYF Mid-Atlantic Regional Championship
FutsalRVA has hosted the Mid-Atlantic Regional since 2010 — one of the region's top qualifying events for advanced teams.
USYF National Championship
Regional qualifiers advance to compete for a national title against the country's top youth futsal programs. The tournament has traditionally been held in Kansas City, but in 2026 it came to Richmond for the first time.
