Integrating technical mastery with tactical intelligence and competitive excellence, within the Mentee Academy Ecosystem.

Development Before Results
The Mentee Academy Ecosystem

Two Programs, One Development Pathway

01 — Own Touch

Technical Development Environment

Focused in soccer foundations, skill acquisition, ball mastery, and technical refinement in a controlled training setting.

02 — FutsalRVA

Tactical & Competitive Application

Real-game application of technical skills, speed of play, tactical decision-making, and competitive performance development.

Own Touch builds the technical foundation, while FutsalRVA creates the environment where those skills are tested, refined, and applied under game pressure
Weekly Development Flow

Weekly Development Flow

1 · Monday–Thursday

Technical

Own Touch technical training sessions focusing on skill development, ball mastery, and technical repetition.

2 · Friday

Tactical Application

FutsalRVA tactical application and competition preparation, integrating technical skills into game scenarios.

3 · Competition

Competition

Game performance and development evaluation, applying learned concepts in competitive environments — whether representing FutsalRVA in league play and tournaments, or bringing sharper technique and decision-making back to their outdoor club or school team.

This weekly flow reflects the ideal path within the Mentee Academy Ecosystem: technical training with Own Touch, paired with tactical application at FutsalRVA. Own Touch and FutsalRVA are independent, sister programs — no player is required to join both. But for those who do, the two combine to build a more complete player: sharper technically, faster in decision-making, and better prepared to perform for their outdoor club or school team.
