A Supplemental Athlete & Parent Development Service

Purpose: An additional athlete development service to compliment Own Touch Soccer and FutsalRVA training.

Own Touch Soccer and FutsalRVA have built its reputation on helping athletes develop technically and perform at a high level on the field/court. As athletes continue to grow, many families are also seeking support in areas beyond technical training.

Today’s athletes face challenges related to confidence, pressure, mistakes, playing time, communication, leadership, motivation, recruiting, and balancing sport with life demands.

The Own Touch Soccer/FutsalRVA Leadership & Mindset Program is an optional development service designed to support athletes in these areas by focusing on mindset, leadership, emotional growth, and personal development.

This program does not replace technical training. It adds an additional layer of support for families who want a more complete athlete development experience.
